Developing Core Values and Athletic Skills

Our youth martial arts program is driven by the core values of Honesty, Integrity, Respect, and Self-Control. Opportunities for competition in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu / Submission Wrestling tournaments will be presented twice per year but is not a required part of the program.

Youth Martial Arts Ages 5-8

Ages 5-8 focusing on building athleticism through drills, games, and free play. Children will build agility, balance, and coordination. The focus of this age group is on having FUN and developing passion for long-term learning. Youth will train Submission Wrestling and Jeet Kune Do.

Youth Martial Arts Ages 9-12​

​

Ages 9-12 focusing on building Fundamental Movement Skills. This age group focuses on learning skills through routine, repetition, and having fun in a positive environment. Youth train in Submission Wrestling and Jeet Kune Do.

Offering two different skills classes for ages 13-18:

 

Option 1/Submission wrestling: 

Our youth submission wrestling program focuses on building athletic skills and proper technique.

 

Option 2/Freestyle Martial Arts:

Focusing on the science and concepts of Jeet Kune Do and the Filipino Martial arts. Students will develop their speed, timing, footwork, coordination, and power through drills that combing Kickboxing, Boxing, Savate, Wing Chun, Kali, Thai Boxing, and Grappling.
